- Any artwork preparation needed
Indicative turnaround is generally around 15 business days from payment confirmation and final artwork approval, depending on the job. Expedited orders may also be possible for an additional fee, subject to workload and the nature of the order.
2. Artwork and Image Requirements
The quality of your artwork has a big impact on the final result.
For best results, please send:
- Vector artwork such as SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF
- Or a high-resolution black-and-white image
Preferred artwork is:
- Clean
- Sharp
- High contrast
- Black on white background
In general:
- Black areas become the engraved or stamped parts
- White areas remain as the background or untouched surface
Please do not mirror the image unless specifically requested. We will prepare the artwork correctly for production.
If your file is blurry, low-resolution, incomplete, or only available as a photo or screenshot, we may still be able to help. We can often:
- Clean up the file
- Convert it to a usable format
- Trace it into vector
- Simplify or refine the design
- Create artwork from your idea if you do not already have a finished design
Artwork preparation or redraw charges may apply depending on the condition of the supplied file and the complexity of the design.
3. Can You Help Me Create a Design?
Yes. If you do not already have a finished design, we can often help.
We can assist with:
- Simple text layouts
- Logo clean-up
- Converting low-quality images into production-ready artwork
- Vector redraws
- Preparing artwork for engraving, stamping, embossing, or branding irons
High-resolution or vector artwork is always preferred, but it is not essential to get started. Send us what you have, and we will let you know the best way forward.

7. What If I Only Have a Photo or Screenshot?
You can still send it to us.
While vector or high-resolution files are preferred, many customers only have a screenshot, photo, sketch, or low-resolution image. In many cases, we can improve or redraw it into something suitable for production.
We will review the file and let you know:
- Whether it is usable as-is
- Whether it needs clean-up or redraw
- Whether any artwork fee applies
8. How Long Does Production Take?
Production time varies depending on the type of product, current workload, and complexity of the design.
As a general guide, turnaround is around 15 business days from payment confirmation and final artwork approval. In some cases, expedited orders may be available for an additional fee.

9. Do You Supply Worldwide?
Yes, we can ship both within Australia and internationally.
